According to Item 6 of article 37 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of development of target indicators of quality of the environment according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Minimum list of indicators for which target indicators of quality of the environment, according to appendix 2 to this order are established.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2015 No. 145 "About approval of Rules of determination of target indicators of quality of the environment" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10869);

2) the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 19, 2020 No. 111 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2015 No. 145 "About approval of Rules of determination of target indicators of quality of the environment" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20717).

3. To provide to department of environmental policy and sustainable development of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
