About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the conclusion of long-term bilateral agreements of purchase and sale of electrical energy and capacity in the territories of not price zones of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and recognition voided separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the conclusion of long-term bilateral agreements of purchase and sale of electrical energy and capacity in the territories of not price zones of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to submit suggestions for improvement of procedure for determination of obligations on purchase of capacity for buyers according to long-term bilateral agreements of purchase and sale of electrical energy and capacity in not price zones of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity located in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District within 6-month term, proceeding from obligation of purchase of capacity of the generating objects of the thermal power plants modernized, reconstructed and (or) constructed in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District.
3. The subitem "zh" (in the part concerning paragraph one of Item 179) of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 8, 2018 No. 1496 "About questions of accession of the Western and Central districts of electric utility system of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to Power pool system of Russia, and also on modification and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 51, Art. 8007), to declare invalid.
