Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on submission of information to Federal Service for Financial Monitoring the organizations performing transactions with money or other property, and individual entrepreneurs and the direction by Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of requests in the organizations performing transactions with money or other property, and to individual entrepreneurs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2014 No. 209 "About approval of the Regulations on submission of information to Federal Service for Financial Monitoring by the organizations performing transactions with money or other property, and individual entrepreneurs and the direction by Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of requests in the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and to individual entrepreneurs" (Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 12, Art. 1304; 2015, No. 16, Art. 2381; 2016, No. 39, Art. 5655; 2018, No. 38, Art. 5858; 2020, No. 43, Art. 6804).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2021, except for the subitem "an" of Item 1 and the subitem "an" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2022.
