1. Approve enclosed:

- The list of employee categories which establishes annual additional paid leave for special kind of work;

- Procedure and conditions of provision of annual additional paid leave for special kind of work and its minimum duration.

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, the companies, the organizations and organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership to accept this resolution to management.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 1999 No. 559 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the main extended leave for special kind of work";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 25, 2000 No. 238 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 1999 No. 559 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the main extended leave for special kind of work".

4. Publish this resolution in mass media.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of social and cultural development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
