1. Approve enclosed:
1) Allowing requirements to experts-auditors in determination of the country of goods' origin, the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or foreign goods and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) Rules of certification, prolongation of action of certificates of experts-auditors in determination of the country of goods' origin, the status of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or foreign goods and rendering the state service "Certification of the Expert-auditor in Determination of the Country of Goods' Origin, Status of Goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or Foreign Goods" according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. Recognize invalid some regulatory legal acts according to the list according to appendix 3 to this order.
3. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
