About introduction of amendments to acts of inspection concerning implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors
According to Items 11, 12 Approval procedures on use of the objects and rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 13, 2011 No. 469 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which regulates activities of National police of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation, ORDER:
1. In the Act of inspection of the objects or rooms intended for implementation of the activities connected with development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), use and destruction of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of January 10, 2018 9, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2018 for word No. 121/31573, of "structural division of territorial authority of National police concerning narcocrime counteraction" shall be replaced with words "the territorial (isolated) subdivision of interregional territorial authority of National police concerning fight against narcocrime".
