About introduction of amendments to the charter of the Russian fund of development of information technologies

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the charter of the Russian fund of development of information technologies approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 24, 2017 No. 57 "About creation of the Russian fund of development of information technologies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 5, the Art. 803).

2. Items 7, of 14, of 17 and 19 changes approved by this resolution extend to the legal relationship connected with forming of relevant organs of the Russian fund of development of information technologies, which arose later entries into force of this resolution.
