- the state supervision of accomplishment of mandatory requirements to products is exercised by specially authorized state bodies of the executive authority (further - authorized bodies).
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 06.05.13 No. 243
3. Exclude application in case of the state supervision of two and more regulatory legal acts establishing the same mandatory requirements on specific products, and carrying out on them the state supervision by two and more authorized bodies.
4. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the authorized bodies determined by this resolution in two-month time after entry into force of this resolution to develop and bring in accordance with the established procedure Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state supervision in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
