For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About organizational measures in connection with reform of executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 10, 2012 the No. 87 Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of technical regulations" of June 30, 2006 with No. 473 the following changes:

- in all text of the word "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding cases;

- in paragraph three of Item 1 of the word ", determined by this resolution" to exclude;

- declare Item 2 invalid;

- The list of the authorized bodies exercising the state supervision of accomplishment of mandatory requirements to products, and area of their competence approved by the above-stated resolution to declare invalid.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
