About approval of Rules for apportionment of amount of import of sugar of white and reed raw sugar to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic using the temporary tariff privilege

1. Approve Rules for apportionment of the imported sugar of white and reed raw sugar on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic using the temporary tariff privilege according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To post 1) on the official site of the ministry the List of the manufacturing companies, the suppliers having contracts with the third countries for import of sugar of white and reed raw sugar for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic using the tariff privilege and the distributed import amount;

To send 2) to Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- obligations of legal entities and physical persons about target use of the imported sugar of white and reed raw sugar;

- the copy of the conclusion about the distributed amount of import of white sugar and raw sugar using the tariff privilege.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
