About approval of Changes in Rules of calculation with banks of Ukraine of total cost of the credit for the consumer and real annual interest rate under the agreement on consumer loan

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of March 19, 2021 No. 1349-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning protection of debtors in case of settlement of overdue debt", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of National Bank in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of calculation with banks of Ukraine of total cost of the credit for the consumer and real annual interest rate under the agreement on consumer loan approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 8, 2017 No. 49 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To banks of Ukraine till August 14, 2021 to bring the activities into accord with requirements of this resolution.

3. To management of consumer protection of financial services (Olga Lobaychuk) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of National Bank Kirill Shevchenko.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
