According to part two of Article 97 of the Budget code of Ukraine, part five of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care", "About providing organization-legal conditions of social protection of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts eight of article 33 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure and conditions of provision of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on project, construction repair work, acquisition of housing and rooms for development of the family and other forms of education which are brought closer to family, support of small group houses and provision of housing for orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number;

Procedure for support of small group houses;

Payment procedure of monetary compensation for premises, proper to obtaining, for the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number.

2. Recommend to public authorities and local government bodies to be guided during creation and the organization of activities of the regional and local commissions by Procedure and conditions of provision of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on project, construction repair work, acquisition of housing and rooms for development of the family and other forms of education which are brought closer to family, support of small group houses and provision of housing for orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number, approved by this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
