About questions of transportation of dangerous goods and industrial safety

Based on paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2001 No. 32-Z "About transportation of dangerous goods", paragraphs of the third or ninth of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2020 No. 66-Z "About change of the laws concerning transportation of dangerous goods and industrial safety", and also for the purpose of enhancement of activities in the field of industrial safety the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for issue of certificates on training of workers of the subjects of transportation occupied with transportation of dangerous goods of their duplicates (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to the right of carrying out preparation and retraining of persons occupied with transportation of dangerous goods of their duplicates (are applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

2.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2014 No. 117 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning transportation of dangerous goods":

in preamble of the word "According to Article" and "2013" to replace respectively with the words "Based on Article" and "2013 No. 62-Z";
