1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment on temporary disability, maternity allowances;

- Regulations on procedure and the amount of payment of ritual benefits (on burial).

2. To the companies, the organizations, organizations, business entities, irrespective of pattern of ownership:

- be guided by Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment on temporary disability, maternity allowances;

- to represent reports on actual expenses on allowance payment on pregnancy and childbirth to territorial authorities of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic for compensation from means of the republican budget.

3. To local public administrations, local government bodies, employers, irrespective of pattern of ownership, to Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval), to the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- be guided by Regulations on procedure and the amount of payment of ritual benefits (on burial);

- to submit reports on actual expenses on payment of the specified benefits on accessory, for subsequent compensation from means of the republican, local budget or Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Publish this resolution in mass media.

5. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 8, 1995 No. 34 "About procedure for providing with benefits on social insurance";
