About approval of the Register of the state paid services rendered by executive bodies and their structural divisions

2. Determine that the cost of the state paid services is created according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and affirms in accordance with the established procedure after approval of authorized state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The cost of blanks products, replication of documents, implementable collections is established only proceeding from actual costs, with rounding of cost to som towards increase.

3. To provide to the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments broad informing the public on the provided state paid services according to the Register.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 28, 2000 No. 759 "About approval of the Register of the state free and paid services rendered by executive bodies and their structural divisions";

- Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 8, 2001 No. 217 "About measures for improvement of the organization of passenger traffic by road transport in the Kyrgyz Republic";

- Item 25 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 15, 2001 No. 233 "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
