About approval of the Unified register (list) of the state services rendered by state bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations

For the purpose of realization of tasks on improvement of quality and availability of the state services rendered to citizens and legal entities, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Unified register (list) of the state services rendered by state bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations (further - the Register of the state services), according to appendix.

2. To state bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations:

- be guided by the Register of the state services approved by Item 1 of this resolution since July 1, 2012;

- not allow rendering the paid state services which are not included in the Register of the state services.

2-1. Determine that the cost of the state paid services is created according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and affirms in accordance with the established procedure after approval of authorized state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The cost of the educational services provided on paid basis is created and affirms according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2-2. The cost of blanks products, replication of documents, implementable information materials is established proceeding from actual costs with rounding of cost to som towards increase.

2-3. Determine that in the territories with the particular preferential treatment the state services to the population which entered the Register of the state services on paid basis are provided free of charge or on favorable terms according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Heads of state bodies, their structural divisions and subordinated organizations bear the personal responsibility in cases of rendering the state paid services which did not enter the Register of the state services.
