Rules of development and approval of administrative regulations of provision of the state services;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation and local administrations to be guided by the Rules approved by this resolution in case of approval of procedure for development and approval of administrative regulations by executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation, administrative regulations of provision of municipal services, conducting examination of drafts of administrative regulations of executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation, administrative regulations of provision of municipal services.

4. To provide to the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation till December 1, 2021 completion of the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" for the purpose of implementation of the Rules approved by this resolution.
