About introduction of amendments to some Orders of Committee according to the statistics the Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made

According to the subitem 5) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and the subitem 22) of Item 17 of the Regulations on the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 427, I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of Committee according to the statistics the Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to department of statistics of the prices together with Legal department of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To department of statistics of the prices of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this order to structural and territorial subdivisions of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for management and use in work.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dzharkinbayev Zh. A.).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

"9. Within year officials of territorial subdivisions of the state statistics (further - territorial subdivisions) monitor the happening structural transformations of basic objects: disaggregation (merge), termination of construction activities. In case of liquidation (bankruptcy) of basic object replacement by similar object of the corresponding specialization, pattern of ownership and amount of the performed works is made. In case of disaggregation of basic objects again educated are connected to observation:

1) one or two if they acquire the similar range of observed construction materials;

2) a little if each of them specializes in accomplishment of specific work types.

On each object the analysis of regularity of data presentation about the prices within accounting year is performed and amounts of the performed installation and construction works are considered.
