About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2017 No. 755 "About some questions of posting of government employees and personnel of diplomatic service"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2017 No. 755 "About some questions of posting of government employees and personnel of diplomatic service" the following changes:

in Rules of posting of government employees from other state bodies to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

3) the affiliated government employee – the government employee directed to work according to the procedure of posting in foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

The procedure for activities of the affiliated government employees in foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the analysis of the results of their activities calculated based on key performance indicators and also submissions of the reporting by them is determined by orders of the directing state bodies in coordination with authorized body.

Key performance indicators shall contain indicators of goal achievement and are subject to approval no later than one month from the date of the direction of the affiliated government employee in foreign institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
