1. Approve Regulations on art lyceum which are applied.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 13, 2019 No. 280 "About approval of the Regulations on specialized art school (boarding school)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 30, the Art. 1044).

In the Section III of appendix to the Procedure for provision of annual main leave lasting up to 56 calendar days to leading employees of organizations of education, teaching (pedagogical) departments (divisions) of other organizations and institutions, pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers and scientists approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 1997 No. 346 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 16, page 73; 2001, No. 13, Art. 550; 2019, No. 65, to the Art. 2234), footnote 4 to state in the following edition:
"4 Annual main leave of the specified duration are granted to also corresponding employee categories, teachers and leaders of art lyceums and art schools.".
