According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2016 No. 01-02/15-07 (рег. No. 2773 of April 6, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 14, the Art. 133), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
