According to the Law of Ukraine of March 31, 2020 to No. 552-І X "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning conditions of land turnover of agricultural purpose", to the Law of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 No. 1423-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of management system and deregulation in the field of land relations", to the subitem 69 of Item 4, to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595, who are applied.
2. To department of private law (Ferens E) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Gorovits E.
