According to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2001 to No. 200 "Some questions of treasurer servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients" and by results of additional tender by determination of banks of Ukraine which will perform cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on cash disbursement by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the List of banks of Ukraine and condition on which these banks will perform cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on cash disbursement by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 14, 2020 763, registered on December 30, 2020 for No. 1315/35598, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of financial policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
