About approval of Changes in Regulations on form and content of settlement documents / electronic settlement documents

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on form and content of settlement documents / electronic settlement documents approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 21, 2016 No. 13, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 11, 2016 for No. 220/28350, which are applied.

2. Determine that:

till October 01, 2021 the requirement to form and content of settlement documents regarding digital value of bar code of brand of the excise tax on alcoholic beverages does not extend to the settlement documents created by registrars of settlement transactions which versions of the internal software are included in the State register of registrars of settlement transactions about day of entry into force of this order;

till October 01, 2021 registrars of settlement transactions which versions of the internal software are included in the State register of registrars of settlement transactions with technical capabilities shall be finished by their producers (suppliers) according to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" for the purpose of possibility of accomplishment of all requirements to form and content of settlement documents, according to this order.
