About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that in case of execution of the contract which subject is performance of works on construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, asset demolition of capital construction, work on preserving objects of cultural heritage and which is concluded according to the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" for ensuring federal needs (further - the contract):

a) change of essential terms of the contract which party is the customer specified in appendix to this resolution including change (increase) of the price of the contract, in case of set of the following conditions is allowed according to Item 8 of part 1 of article 95 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs":

change of essential terms of the contract is performed within limits of the budget obligations brought to the receiver of means of the federal budget according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation for contract date and does not lead to increase in contract date and (or) the price of the contract more than for 30 percent;
