About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 37

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 37 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the size of the losses caused to owners of target bonds of the companies, accomplishment of obligations on which is performed by transfer of object (part of object) of housing construction, and their compensations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 251) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2021 No. 746
1. In the resolution:
1) in the name of the resolution of the word of "bonds of the companies accomplishment of obligations on which" shall be replaced with words "corporate bonds, which repayment";
And figures of "article 8-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" shall be replaced with words 2) in the prolog of the word also in figures of "article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets";
3) in the deciding part of the word of "bonds of the companies accomplishment of obligations on which" shall be replaced with words "corporate bonds, which repayment".
2. The procedure for determination of the size of the losses caused to owners of target bonds of the companies, accomplishment of obligations on which is performed by transfer of object (part of object) of housing construction, and their compensation, approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
"No. 37 is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2012
