About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of mechanisms of mortgage lending
For the purpose of support of the population needing improvement of housing conditions, further market development of mortgage lending, broad involvement of private contract organizations to construction of housing and creation for them favorable conditions:
1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 11, 2021 No. UP-6186 "About Additional Measures for Providing the Population with Housing by means of Allocation of Mortgage Loans on the basis of the Market Principles" are assigned tasks on development and realization of single state policy on market development of construction of housing in regions of the republic, and also coordination of allocation of subsidies on mortgage loans to the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty to citizens with low income level and needing improvement of housing conditions at the expense of means of the Government budget.
Increase the number of staff of Management of development of construction of housing of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty from 4 units to 12 units.
Determine that additional established posts of Management of development of construction of housing are created due to reducing 8 established posts in system of the Ministry of Finance.
2. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov and D. A. Kuchkarov.
