About approval of the Procedure and conditions of provision by the Kyrgyz Republic of the international emergency relief to foreign states
For the purpose of implementation of article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the international emergency relief", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of provision by the Kyrgyz Republic of the international emergency relief to foreign states according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
