About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that in cases if the name of type of wine-making products specified in statements for issue of the federal special brands or excise stamps given about day of entry into force of this resolution changed in connection with entry into force of the Federal Law of July 2, 2021 No. 345-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", producers and importers of wine-making products have the right to apply on such products the federal special brands and excise stamps received according to the specified statements according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 to No. 2348 "About marking of alcoholic products federal special brands" (in edition, acting on the date of filing of application).

3. Turnover of the wine-making products marked by federal special brands and excise stamps according to Item 2 of this resolution is allowed till the expiry date of such wine-making products.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
