1. Approve the enclosed Rules of recognition of certificates of conformity of foreign states, test reports of products, marks of conformity and other documents on assessment of conformity.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 331 "About approval of regulatory legal acts concerning confirmation of conformity" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10979);

2) the order of the Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2020 No. 30-HK "About introduction of amendments to the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 331 "About approval of regulatory legal acts concerning confirmation of conformity" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20055).

3. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2021 and is subject to official publication.
