in the Rules of implementation of collection and the analysis of the reporting represented by the organizer of gaming, approved by the specified order:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Procedure of collection of the reporting";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The reporting contains the following information:
