About official heraldic symbols

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for organization of official heraldic symbols I decide:

1. Approve:

the list of the state bodies and organizations having the right to organization of banners (is attached);

the list of persons having the right to wearing uniform (is attached).

2. No. 531 "About some questions of creation, organization, state registration and use of official heraldic symbols" to exclude Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2012.

3. This Decree becomes effective since July 14, 2021.

1. Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

3. House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Constitutional court of the Republic of Belarus.

5. Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.

6. Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

7. State secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus.

8. State Control Committee, Department of financial monitoring of the State Control Committee, Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee.

9. Prosecutor General's Office.

10. National Bank.

11. Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

12. State bodies and the state organizations, the subordinate Republic of Belarus (accountable) to the President which is not specified in Items 1-11 of this list.
