About change of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus concerning placement (distribution) of advertizing
For the purpose of optimization of procedure for placement (distribution) of advertizing and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Make changes to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 No. 7 "About development of entrepreneurship" (appendix).
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. Before reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree they are applied in the part which is not contradicting it.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - in three months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
5. This Decree is temporary and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is submited National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
