Based on subitem 2.5 of Item 2 and item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 2021 "About enhancement of activities for wood accounting" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 50

1. Approve:

The regulations on use of Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of wood and transactions with it (are applied);

The regulations on the operator of Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of wood and transactions with it (are applied).

2. Determine the list of the data which are subject to entering into Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of wood and transactions with it according to appendix.

3. Bring in the Rules of motor transportations of loads approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970, the following changes:

in Item 22:

word part one in paragraph three "the case specified in paragraph three" shall be replaced with words "cases, the specified in paragraphs three and the fifth";

the second after the paragraph of the sixth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
