About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2015 No. 384 "About approval of Rules of issue of permission to transit of products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12197):

"10. For receipt of the state service through office of the service provider foreign legal entities submit to the employee of office the documents necessary for rendering the state service, on paper, the list of which is provided in the Standard of the state service.

In case of representation by the foreign legal entity of incomplete document package, the office of the service provider refuses reception of an application with indication of causes of failure.

Confirmation of adoption of documents is the mark in its copy about registration in office of the service provider, with indication of date and time of acceptance of document package.";
