About approval of Rules of trade in carbon units
According to Item 5 of article 299 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of trade in carbon units.
2. To provide to department of climatic policy and green technologies of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2021.
