About approval of the Procedure for maintaining, provision of data from the register of auditors of safety of highways, inclusion and exception of the register of auditors of safety of highways

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine of 22.11.2024 No. 1398)

According to articles 11 and 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About highways" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining, provision of data from the register of auditors of safety of highways, inclusions and exceptions of the register of auditors of safety of highways which is attached.

2. To provide to management of road infrastructure (A. Ryabov) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to department of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of Zhivitsky.
