About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective on October 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the procedure for purpose of housing subsidies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 1995 No. 848 "About simplification of procedure for provision to the population of subsidies for expense recovery for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and liquid oven household fuel" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 76; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 5, Art. 178; 2019, No. 69, Art. 2390; 2021, No. 37, Art. 2203, No. 42, Art. 2554):

1) in Item 14:

the eleventh subitem 3 to exclude the paragraph;

add subitem 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Housing subsidies are appointed in case of purchase of the apartment (house) within six months after sale of other apartment (house) which were the single premises in property of person, based on supporting documents;";

in subitem 8:

after the words "in equity property" to add with the word of "housing";
