About approval of the Procedure for coordination of conducting scheduled exit inspections by executive bodies, authorized to exercise control of charge and tax payment and charges (obligatory payments)

According to article 11-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" and article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the public control and auditing service in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for coordination of conducting scheduled exit inspections by executive bodies, authorized to exercise control of charge and tax payment and charges (obligatory payments) which is applied.

To the executive bodies authorized according to the legislation to exercise control of charge and payment by subjects of managing of taxes and fees (obligatory payments), and also to bodies of the public control and auditing service to bring own regulations into accord with the specified Procedure in a month.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 1999 N112 "About the Procedure for Coordination of Conducting Scheduled Exit Inspections of Financial and Economic Activities of Subjects of Business Activity by Monitoring Bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, N 5, the Art. 168);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 15, 2003 N1625 "About Modification of the Procedure for Coordination of Conducting Scheduled Exit Inspections of Financial and Economic Activities of Subjects of Business Activity by Monitoring Bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 42, the Art. 2219).
