About introduction of amendments to some Orders in the field of rendering the state services in the field of industrial safety

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders in the field of rendering the state services in the field of industrial safety to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to Legal department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan data on execution of action, according to subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

In case of prolongation of term of consideration of the claim the official given authority on consideration of claims within 3 (three) working days from the moment of prolongation of term of consideration of the claim reports in writing (in case of submission of the claim on paper) or electronic form (in case of submission of the claim in electronic form) to the uslugopoluchatel who made the complaint about prolongation of term of consideration of the claim with indication of the prolongation reasons.";

Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2020 No. 186 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Certification of Legal Entities on the Work Right in the field of Industrial Safety" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20340), the following changes:

in the Rules of rendering the state service "Certification of Legal Entities on the Work Right in the field of Industrial Safety" approved by the specified order:

4) to exclude the subitem;

"6) installations, maintenance, technical diagnosing, engineering certification and repair of elevators, escalators, travelators, and also elevators for persons with limited opportunities (disabled people).";

The state service "Certification of Legal Entities on the Work Right in the field of Industrial Safety" (further - the state service), appears Committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to these rules.";
