About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2015 No. 609

1. Bring in the Rules of transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2015 No. 609, the following changes:

add Item 1 with part of the following content:

"Separate categories of consumers to which discounts for services of transport railway terminals, the prices (rates) for which are not regulated, and also categories of consumers to which these services are provided free of charge, are provided can be determined by carrier.";

in Item 2 part one:
