About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of internal state (municipal) financial control

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of internal state (municipal) financial control.

2. Determine that Item 1 and subitems "a" - "е" item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2022.

Item 3 of the federal standard of the internal state (municipal) financial control "The Rights and Obligations of Officials of Bodies of Internal State (Municipal) Financial Control and Objects of Internal State (Municipal) Financial Control (Their Officials) when Implementing Internal State (Municipal) Financial Control" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2020 No. 100 "About approval of the federal standard of the internal state (municipal) financial control "The Rights and Obligations of Officials of Bodies of Internal State (Municipal) Financial Control and Objects of Internal State (Municipal) Financial Control (Their Officials) when Implementing Internal State (Municipal) Financial Control" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 7, Art. 829; 2021, No. 3, of the Art. 569) to add with subitems "zh" and "z" of the following content:
