About modification of the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses

According to Articles 10, 13 Laws of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", article 235-2 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses ORDER:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses approved by the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of March 22, 2017 No. 173, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2017 for No. 506/30374, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

to add Item 1 after figures "204-4," with figures and the words "210, 210-1, 211 (regarding the offenses made by persons liable for call-up or reservists who are in inventory of the SSU)";

add Item 2 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Protocols on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 210, 210-1, 211 КУоАП (regarding the offenses made by persons liable for call-up or reservists who are in inventory of the SSU), have the right to constitute the staff of Service of mobilization and territorial defense of the Central management of the SSU and division of mobilization and territorial defense of regional body of the SSU according to their service (official) duties (instructions).";

2) in the Section II:
