About approval of form and conditions of the bank guarantee
According to Articles 7, of 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in pursuance of requirements of part twelve of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property", for the purpose of establishment of conditions and form of the bank guarantee which will be provided by banks to participants of auctions for sale of objects of the state-owned or utility property the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve form of the bank guarantee (appendix 1) and conditions of the bank guarantee (appendix 2) which are applied.
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
