1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2018 No. 1464 "About approval of the Standard charter of chamber of legal consultants" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17604) the following changes:
to be reworded as follows the standard charter of chamber of legal consultants approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
