About modification and recognition voided some Orders of the Government

No. 181-184, 595), with subsequent changes, and also parts (2) and (2-1) Article 1 and article 4 of the Law No. 140/2001 on State Labour Inspection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 68-71, 505), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 943/2018 about approval of Methodology of the state control on the basis of risk analysis in the field of health protection and labor safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 416-422, 1115).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
