About modification and recognition voided some Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the ministry of infrastructure and regional development in 15-day time from the effective date of this resolution to submit to the Government for approval in accordance with the established procedure corresponding changes in structure and organigramma of the Agency on energy efficiency.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
