About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government and recognition voided the Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. The order of the Government No. 793/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry, structure and the extreme number of staff of its central office (2009, Art. No. 174-176, 875), with subsequent changes, to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in 15-day time from the effective date of this resolution to submit to the Government for approval in accordance with the established procedure the corresponding changes brought in structure and organigramma of the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
