According to the paragraph to the eleventh "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure and methodology of evaluating the investment project with considerable investments which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Economics prepare and submit to three-months time to the Antimonopoly Committee the notification on the new program of government assistance "The state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine" according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to subjects of managing".
3. To the ministry of digital transformation and the Ministry of Economics to submit within six months to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers concerning the possibility of application and other documents provided by part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine", electronically with use of the Single state web portal of electronic services.
