Some questions of management of objects of state-owned property
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Transfer to the authorized capital of joint-stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" (further - NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy) blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies belonging to the state in their authorized capital according to the list according to appendix.
2. Determine that the NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy performs all shareholder rights concerning the joint-stock companies specified in appendix, in particular, concerning participation in general shareholder meeting, election of members of the supervisory board.
3. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. To provide to fund of state-owned property:
together with NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy transfer till May 1, 2022 to NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy of blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies specified in appendix;
taking measures to the termination of privatization of private joint-stock company "Nikolaev combined heat and power plant" since May 1, 2022;
in a month together with NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy evaluating blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies transferred to the authorized capital of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy;
transformation of the state company "Severodonetsk Combined Heat and Power Plant" to joint-stock company;
taking measures to transfer till May 1, 2022 after transformation of the state company "Severodonetsk Combined Heat and Power Plant" to joint-stock company of its shares to the authorized capital of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy.
5. To the Ministry of Economics till May 1, 2022 to submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft decision about increase in the authorized capital of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy.
